    Hi, as you can see in the screenshot below, there is a box of "Full Name". This full is also shown to the clients alongwith the username/brandname of Freelancer's ID. Is there anyway to hide the real full name from clients? If we change our real name / full name to the brand name, would it be a legal practice?

    Why would you expect more gifts? I’m expecting because it is still showing the text of gifted $0 with gift box icon. It should be completely removed after it gets to zero dollars.

    Hi, when a seller uses the entire $10 amount of gig promotion, then it starts deducting the promotion amount from the Fiverr balance or other sources of payments. Should a seller expect more gift amounts from Fiverr? I’m asking this question just because after spending the gift amount, it is still showing as $0 on the “Promotions Page”. So, maybe it has something to do with that. Thanks

    Hi, I want to purchase a gig service but my VISA card is not working with fiverr. I contacted my bank, they says everything is ok. I also checked it by purchasing from other websites, its working fine there. Fiverr gives me this error when I make purchase : image693×203 5.3 KB
