fiverr mentions criteria for badges like level l,ll and top rated sellers who have sold 10, 20 and 30 gigs. my questions is that either these gigs sale has any time frame like 10 gigs sale a month to retain level one badge.

It’s not about how many times you sold your gig.

Please read fiverr terms and conditions or at least fiverr help page about seller levels, they explain there all requirements for seller levels. And on top of that, if you download the app on your home screen you will have metrics with the requirements and how many of them you already fulfilled.
