Is there any freelance market place where the work is distributed by the market place not buyer?

Hi i was just wondering that what if there was a freelance market place which takes work from buyers and distribute equally to all freelancers and pay them for there work so there will be no hustle for both buyer and seller

That is not how Capitalism works. Buyers place orders with the sellers they wish to work with. If you want orders, you will have to compete with other sellers, connect to your target customers, and convince those customers to hire you.

Not to be harsh, but the whole point of freelancing is to have clients come to you specifically. If all you want is a platform to automatically connect you with clients, you might as well get a 9-to-5 corporate job.
