I’ve had the same issues with firefox as a browser this week from time to time for some reason.
In terms of drawing buyers to you? I think maybe first of all a picture that shows your face, some people choose to use colors in their profile picture as an attention grabber. For example someone i’ve talked to through Fiverr uses the color yellow because of its resemblence with loyalty and positivity.

Don’t look at mine as an example though i was just fooling around in paint this other day lmao.
