Getting an order for New Freelancer

Hello Friends,
I am not so well in English, tell me how can i attract buyers to get a job, they are offering but i am not getting an order, I have searched a lot to create an attractive gig to impress buyer, there i only get to create your own style, I did that still i am not getting an order. You may know how poor i am in English from my writing. I want to start the job from data entry or image editing i have experience, kindly suggest me friends.
