Does mutual cancellation affect my statistics?

A few days ago, A buyer ordered my brother’s gig.but when he went in the order page he see that the Buyer didn’t provide him any information regarding the order. So he asked him to give him details about the work so I can complete it.

It’s a 2 day Gig, so after waiting more than 12 hours without any reply from the buyer he used the Resolution Center to ask the buyer about mutual cancellation.
Within a few hours buyer accepted the mutual cancellation.

But it effects his order completion rate… Mutual Cancellation shouldn’t have effected orders cancelled rate right?

What can we do make it right? I heard the ratio affects your gigs seo in fiverr.

Mutual cancellations do affect your statistics. There are plenty of people who believe it shouldn’t be this way (and rightly so), but that’s just how Fiverr does it. All you can do is just carry on as normal.
