you have to wait Fiverr approval.
if you think there is a problem contact support

I waited a week for mine to get approval, and still nothing - so I ended up contacting Fiverr support and they then did approve it for me.

I do they think they ought to change the notice that it takes ‘24 hours’ for approval if this isn’t always the case…
