Cancellation/Completion Rate Question

Does each cancelled order now count as 2%? Does it depend on the order value as to what percentage? Twice now I’ve cancelled orders and my completion rate has dropped by 2%, not by 1% as I was expecting.

The more orders you have in the last 60 days the less effect a cancellation has on your stats 😉
