Hello,

Can someone tell me whether it is possible for sellers to create and offer custom orders to interested buyers? I discovered , but it wasn’t useful. It seems to be dated as the inbox displayed in the video looks nothing like today’s inbox—never mind that mine has no “Create an Offer” button as shown in the video.

Of course it does have a button. On the same place as in a video

I don’t know which level you are but you can read fiverr help page if there are any restrictions in custom offers due to a seller level.
