Not able to upload any file in the inbox section

I have a problem to upload any kind of files in the inbox section. I want to know is this happen to anybody else, if yes. Is there a solution of this probelm?

Check if your data connection is strong…

data connection is strong, I upload files in different site and then share link with seller.
Now, I can upload files, but this happened with me in the past also.
