What would you do , if the buyer ask more functions during ordering?

I have got one order now.
But the buyer asks me to add some functions that is totally different from initial requirement.
So I asked him to order my another gig, But he said he can’t order anymore because his budget was limited.
So unless I don’t agree, he says he would cancel the order
What can I do in this case?

I suggest completing whatever the initial requirement was and delivering the job (completed).
Then if again asked for extras, tell him NO.
Or simply, do the extras, to earn this buyer’s loyalty for future jobs.
Totally up to you.
