Does fiverr allow non-members to rate a member seller?

I suppose its been two weeks now, but I still haven’t get any order from a prospective buyer. My previous clients were from a freelancing job way before I joined fiverr.

I’m starting to get a little bit disenchanted but I guess patience is a true virtue, so I know I must wait for another while. Is there anyway for a graphic seller like me to fetch an order? I’ve some self-promotion through social media, but I guess fiverr isn’t quite their platform?

I wish I could ask my previous clients, the ones I’ve mentioned to rate me so I could garner more views and reputation. The question is, does the fiverr allows a non-member to rate a seller’s gig?

No, your Gig can be rated only by someone that purchased it.

You can’t do it and you can get in trouble if you contact any potential buyers outside of fiverr!

Suggest you read the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page for the rules as to how Fiverr works. Everything is explained there.
