Notes at Buyer Level

I love the notes featured within orders. It would also be very useful to have a similar feature, but shown on the inbox page when communicating with a buyer.

I see a number of uses for it personally… One is that I often have lengthy conversations with buyers regarding the type of service they need, etc… Then I’ll have to go back and read the entire chat to figure out what we talked about. If I had a notes section I could put it right in there.

Also just for storing info on recurring buyers, good or bad, reminders, status, etc.
