Is an error on fiverr?

Unfortunately for me, while most of the orders now are off my sheet, there is still one that I sent in with the clock still running an a cancellation request that still isn’t going through. I sent another email, so hopefully they will respond to this quickly.

Happening to me also- The dashboard isn’t refreshing after orders sends- customers are very happy - However they are seeing “late” and the system will not allow them (customers) to rate or comment- I sent a technical ticket-

Well, I went ahead and completed an order I was trying to cancel since I wasn’t getting a response to my emails to Fiverr anymore. Well, I’d rather have a mad customer who got sorta what he wanted than a late delivery with no evidence that I tried to cancel it. Hopefully, Fiverr can sort all this out in the morning…

same here delivering orders all the time but the clock is still ticking, so i suggest to put a hold on orders till they fix this, ofc contact every customer so they know about it aswell .

It’s fixed for me too… But, orders have to be re-sent.

My problem is a bit different. I can access the to do list, but I cannot get into the orders to send my delivery or see what I am supposed to do. It just sends me to a fiverr page where I am told that something went wrong.

I was trying to deliver a completed order but was unable to, now I can’t click on any orders or messages…was hoping to deliver this and go to bed but guess I’m stuck waiting up now.

Yes, customer service replied to my ticket this early morning and all my delivered gig’s are now all marked as “Delivered” awaiting review. Time for coffee! ~O)

I had this problem last night… delivered the article two times before giving up at nearly midnight… clock wasn’t stopped but it stated the order was delivered in the messages… Yeehaw… my butt. Get on the computer this morning, and I get the message my order was late… WTH! Well, tried sending it again, and finally it marks it as complete. Of course, that’ll affect any chance of being a TRS… which it seems I will NEVER get! Oh well… such is life.

I am having the same problem. Does anyone know where you can find their customer support. I keep being redirected to the resolution center where the only option is to request mutual cancellation. They used to have a technical support system, what happened to that?
