That is not your response rate but your response time. To lower that number, buyers have to message you and you have to reply to them in time. The more messages you get and reply within time, the faster your response time will improve. Nevertheless, this parameter doesn’t count for the analytics, only the Response Rate which, BTW, is measured in %
