How to control buyer request?

I have created my gigs around a week ago and after like three to four days after my gig creation, I started to get buyer requests. I have particularly two questions here- 1) What I am observing, I have been receiving these buyer requests at some particular time of the day, suddenly these requests are appearing and then getting disappeared after a while. is there any particular session for getting buyer request? 2) I have received 32 buyer request today but most of these are not related to my gigs. So, is there any factors which are influencing the “type” of request I have been receiving?

I would really appreciate if you could shed some light on this subject.
