Why does my score drop even after getting good reviews and tips.

I had a gig score of 7 and then unfortunately got a 1.7* review.

Then I completed eight more new orders. And out of these eight orders, 3 orders were automatically completed and in the remaining five orders I got 5* reviews and tipped in three orders. But today I am surprised by the gig score because my gig score has reduced from 6 to 5. Which I'm disappointed by and doubt if it's a bug on Fiverr. Please help me with any information regarding this.
