Gig Extra After Purchase of Gig

Okay so I need a little help. One of my buyers purchased my gig but forgot to buy the gig extra. I know that it can be done since some of my other buyers have done so. However I wouldn’t know how to direct my client to do so. I’ve never been on the buying end of the site. Does anyone who has know how they would go about doing this?

You can always create a custom offer for the buyer to cover the cost of the gig extra. Easy-peasy.

Reply to @jamesbulls: Yep, this is how I manage all my balance requests. It just take a moment and it makes it easier for the buyer to give you more money 🙂
