Sometime we do exactly as the buyer requested.After putting a lot of hard work and effort buyer complete the order without any issu and then leave a negative or low rating.What is the solution o deal with this.Please advise

Sadly nothing, if the buyer didn’t like the final work he can leave the rating he wants.

and the buyer can give us bad or negative review if they are in good mood …it is totally unjust
