Some people getting orders some are not. But Fiverr rotationally displaying your gig on top of its search engines. Check your impressions. If you have high impression number and low number of orders that is some of your problem. Update your gig with accurate service you offer with some nice portfolio items.

That mean you have a low conversion on your gig. That mean your title, description and the delivery of service is not converting a person to click on and purchase.You need to focus more and modify those accordingly.
