  1. As it seems the project didn't go well, I suggest you to do a full refund rather than a partial refund. Because we need all the customers to be satisfied rather than spending their money leaving dissatisfaction. Otherwise this kind of dissatisfaction will come bac as a boomerang to you by downgrading your gig performances.
  2. You should share your gigs in more social media platforms to grain possible clients. When you bring more clients to Fiverr and they make good positive reviews on your services, your gig will rank high. The competition for gig ranking in Fiverr algo is too competitive. So need more reviews to get ranked high. Good luck

  4. Hello, It looks like your profile is created in last month. It is just a baby. So you know how do you look after a baby. Like wise you need to nourish your account day by day. Otherwise on one will offer you a whole cake on a tray without any reason. Share your gig and bring your customers to Fiverr. Fiverr will do the same for you. GL.
  5. This is wonderful, Fiverr community is evolving. Getting more interactive than it was. I came back here after a long time. Less orders means more time to talk. If anyone want to anything regarding Fiverr or Fiverr gigs, I am sure I can share a tip or two since I joined Fiverr in 2012 and still continuing my journey as a graphic designer (logos, banners, flyers and social media banners).
