Gigs Ranking | Impressions , Clicks, VIews, New Orders

I am working on fiverr for a long time and I think this is the best platform for you to work. I want ask one thing fro the community.

What are the standards through which your gigs get ranked. I mean. If I am new to fiverr, My account is new, I have created super GIGS( Complete GIGS ). But How can I get on the top. I have seen some people who are new sellers and they donot have any reviews but still they are at the top.

The next thing is my Gigs are stuck at the impressions. In the start I got alot of impressions but after some days, MY views, clicks and impressions went down. I modified my gigs again but no satisfactory results.
