Buyer request containing own gig link

i have found buyer request.
he wants a logo similar with logo in his link.
that link go to his own gig .
name and photo profile same.
it’s allowed or not in fiverr?

I don’t think that will help him in any way. He will have less order/views ratio, and that is not good at all. People clicking from buyers request are not interested in buying his services.
