Unable to make offers in response to Buyers Requests

Since I joined the site, I have been unable to send offers in response to buyers requests. I click on the button to send the offer, but nothing happens and the offer does not show up as sent. What am I doing wrong?

How many sales do you have? I remember that when I first joined the site, I experienced the same thing. I think you can once you are a first level seller, but don’t quote me on that.

I have had 3 sales and completed all 3 jobs.

Are you trying to do it from a mobile device? If so that’s the problem most likely.
