How can I find Sent Offers list for Buyer Requests?

I just sent an offer to a Buyer request,
Now the Question is :
Where Can I find Set Offers Tab?
How can I view the Quotation (Amount /Price) of that I had sent the particular Buyer.?

It’s right next to the “Active” tab under the Buyers Request heading.
