Avg. Response Time problem

I try to send 10 buyer requests each day but my problem is my Avg. Response Time has gone 3 hours(6 clients knock me yet)

is it a big problem for 3 hours? I will wait for some suggestion from experience people.

N.B: I am a new freelancer
