How do I, as a seller, avoid order cancellations?

Hello, I have been on Fiverr for two months now and I’m loving it !
I am a level one seller now.

I have gigs to create bots and often people buy my gig without even consulting with me first. And later they just cancel it because they find out they need to bear additional server cost.

This is degrading my Fiverr satus. How do I prevent this ?

just simply write in your gig description “Please contact me before ordering”, If you haven’t write it .
