Now, the buyer want to change the review but the CS says “we encourage the Buyers to leave the feedback based on their experience” and not allowing the Buyer to change the review. misscrystal Posted December 28, 2017 Share Posted December 28, 2017 You can try asking them, on the same ticket in customer support, not a new one, if someone else can take a look at it.You should include a screenshot of where the buyer has said he want’s to change the review.
