i have 90% order complete rate
1 client want to cancel order does it effect level evaluation?

If your rate drops below 90% then it would affect your level evaluation unless it is back up to 90% by evaluation date. You’d have to do some math based on your own stats to tell if one cancellation could do that to you or not. I’m definitely not the person you’d want doing the math. 🙂
