Buyer request - What is allowed

Just wondering … i’ve contacted Fiver but still have no idea on what i can or can’t request.

i’ve been told lead generation is a no no.

Obviously anything to do with sex is out (i’m a fitness coach so i’d NEVER ask this lol but i’ve seen sellers in the BR section offering this).

Does anyone else know of any other no no to request?

Anything against the Fiverr ToS is not allowed to request as a buyer or to send an offer for (as a seller.) That’s the basics.

What IS and what IS NOT allowed as requests?

I.e lead generation apparently is not.

Is asking for a shout out ok???

Is asking for an influecer ok???

Is asking for a brand ambassador ok???

Is asking for a fitness videos ok???

Is asking for a fitness illustrations ok???

Nothing in the TOS is listed. There are no specifics. How do i know if i list a request if i’ll have my account locked within seconds?

There are general very vague rules. No specific rule about what requests are allowed.

If there is any request you want to make that could be seen to be against ToS then ask Customer Support directly.

Nobody here can give you a list of what is and isn’t allowed. Can you imagine just how long that list would need to be? People don’t read the ToS as it is, they arent going to read an exhaustive list with thousands of “don’t do this’” listed so this way is better.

You have people on her offering sex services when that logically is not allowed.

Only reason on here is that I have found a handful of people who are actually good at their work who help me in my business. It has taken me 2 years to sort through bullshit to find them.

Suits me fine, I tend to generate my own leads but if I wanted that service I would go elsewhere. It would be handy for me if I could order a pizza here too but I have managed to overcome that shortcoming and found another source for that.

It has taken me 2 years to sort through bullshit to find them.

Really? I had 2 bad experiences with rubbish in my first 2-3 months here and have over 200 purchases now without any problems bar the odd cancellation for one reason or another. I suppose Fiverr isn’t for everyone, that’s ok.

These are all allowed as long as it doesn’t violate any terms of service of any other websites or companies.

The logic of it is that by lead generation you might mean spamming people by sending emails to them they didn’t allow, or that are not related to any type of previous interest by them. That would violate the international internet law against spam, as well as google and all other internet service providers, none of which allow the sending of spam from their servers, since THEIR service providers will shut them down whenever spam is sent.

Since fiverr does not want problems from other websites, this is not allowed.

The ones who do that are violating various laws and terms of service.
