Kindly, can anyone help me here? PLEASE take a look at my profile and tell me what I am doing wrong here. I didn’t receive any order from last 6 months. I need help.

I can see the profile if I click on the link. There is a glitch on the forum which adds a 1 to the end of some usernames so that is probably the problem with the username.
