Inbox no watermark and order delivered with watermarks?

Few time ago i realize that lots of stuff we sellers send to buyers on the “Inbox” are without watermarks, so the buyer can just take it without pay and you never hear from him again. But what intrigues me the most is that i just delivered a order to a client that is on class and really need right now and she keeps saying that the files keep coming with the fiverr watermark on it.and she paid the order already… So the ones who haven’t pay get a perfect work without watermarks, And the ones who pay get the work with watermarks and they can’t use it. Is it correct?

No, that is not correct.

Firstly, why would you be sending completed work via messages?
Secondly, The watermark is removed when the buyer leaves their rating and downloads the file.

Not exactly. I am NOT required to leave a review or rating. Once I accept, the watermark disappears.

As a side note to OP, you can watermark inbox samples as well.
