writingknight Posted August 1, 2013 Share Posted August 1, 2013 I get notifications when they confirm the gig, but if someone needs an edit, but doesn’t want to “Reject” the delivery I am not notified in anyway.Can we fix this? kaitomono Posted August 1, 2013 Share Posted August 1, 2013 Do they send you a messsge asking you to edit the concluded package? If so, you can just deliver it again after you edit it. There is a button for ‘deliver again’ on the concluded orders. Or, you can send any messages through the messaging system which also has a file attachment option. At any rate, I’ve started asking buyers to send me an inbox message if they want edits because I don’t want to have to parse through the delivered orders, especially if I don’t know anything is wrong.
