If the seller did everything you have requested, getting a refund simply because the work is not up to “par” is not permitted.

In cases where the seller didn’t deliver as discussed or anything of that sort - you can leave them with an unsatisfactory review.

Refunds can be requested through customer support (or with messaging your seller and cancelling mutually.)

You can get a refund if the seller didn’t do what they said in their gig and/or what was agreed with you. You can’t get a refund if the delivery didn’t meet your subjective ‘quality’ standards.
