thecreativeguys Posted May 10, 2017 Share Posted May 10, 2017 If the seller did everything you have requested, getting a refund simply because the work is not up to “par” is not permitted.In cases where the seller didn’t deliver as discussed or anything of that sort - you can leave them with an unsatisfactory review.Refunds can be requested through customer support (or with messaging your seller and cancelling mutually.)
