Withdrawal Failed with PayPal

I have tried to do my first withdraw to my PayPal account but after about 3 days I got a note in the earning that the withdrawal failed !! Does anyone know about this issue ?!

Make sure you’ve verified your paypal account like linking your card and stuff.

My PayPal account is verified, however I shall contact my PayPal support .
