You cannot add Elevate on Fiverr as a Payment method. Only 2 methods are allowed on Fiverr which are PayPal and Payoneer (Bank Transfer and Revenue Card). If you do then that account will be disabled along with the current account. So continue providing your services with the existing account if you have repeat buyers. Secondly, do you really have a banned account (old account)?

Are you sure that your English proficiency level is Native/Bilingual? If yes, then kindly read the red highlighted box again.. It clearly states that it needs to be reviewed further so you need to contact Fiverr Support regarding it. P.S. It would be better if you change your English language setting from Native/Bilingual to Conversational.

Subcategories can be changed but not parent/main category. For that, you will have to delete the gig to create a new gig with the right main category Gig Titles: It can be changed but the URL of the gig will remain the same like the original gig title which was set initially. You can change both subcategories and gig titles but it will rank or not that's up to the performance of your gig and niche as well. If it's in saturated niche, then you can understand it. If your friend used your device to open his account/internet/offering the similar services like yours then both accounts will get flagged. But it looks like that flagged account status will be permanent (not sure).. But it's really a violation.. Then it's good. Just keep delivering quality services. Only Fiverr Support can help you with it so keep in touch with them and get your issue resolved if you think you are not wrong anywhere.. Very few sellers got their account back because they fought for themselves and they were not wrong anywhere..

No. Fiverr would never charge for these type of scam messages. Don' worry about it. Just report them simply and never ever provide any personal details whoever asks you for it on Fiverr as Fiverr would never do that.. Avoid it.
