For the past 6-7 days, I have been trying to get in touch with Fiverr Support regarding an important matter. Despite sending several messages, I have not received any response. This is quite concerning as it is affecting my ability to manage my gigs and provide the best service to my clients. Has anyone else experienced similar delays in response from Support recently? If so, how did you manage to get their attention? I understand they might be busy, but a week without any acknowledgment seems a bit too long. The government shut down cellular and Wi-Fi networks for five days, and when they restored Wi-Fi, the connection was extremely slow (a 14 MB file took 4 hours to download). Today, on day 10, mobile cellular services have been restored, but social media access is restricted, and download/upload speeds remain very slow. Given these challenges, many Bangladeshi freelancers have resorted to using VPNs to access social media, and to download and upload files on Fiverr. I wanted to discuss whether using VPNs in this context could cause any issues with our Fiverr accounts. Here are a few points for discussion: Account Security: Does using a VPN raise any security flags on Fiverr, possibly leading to account suspension or other issues? Location Mismatch: Could Fiverr’s system detect the VPN use as a location mismatch, and if so, what are the potential consequences? I was not aware of it. @globalartstudio, according to @akib0079's statement, you can use another Payoneer account with your Fiverr account. However, the Payoneer account must be valid and clean, meaning no other Fiverr account should be using that Payoneer account. Additionally, you can only use that Payoneer account if the Payoneer account holder has given you permission to do so. Best of luck! S. Mukta
  11. Hi @Lena, Thank you for your reply. It is very helpful in understanding how we can protect our accounts from scammers. However, many new sellers are not aware of these concerns and often fall into traps, losing everything by mistake. I understand that there is much to be done to prevent such issues permanently, but isn't it possible to implement measures to prevent them? Since these scammers use Fiverr usernames and logos, couldn't there be a way to identify and block them more effectively?
