I have this question since I am modifying my gigs and I want to activate the milestones but it does not allow me to do so on all of them, that is why I would like to delete one and do it again, the problem is that in that gig I have almost 40 reviews and I would not want to lose them. Thanks!

For those who are wondering what their profiles look like, and if are on a computer, can go to your profile and select the “Preview Fiverr Profile” option, from there you will be able to see your profile score and reviews.

At least you qualify for a level, 0, but level at last... I, with a better background than yours, do not qualify for any level and I am as Low Performer 😕 This is what seems unfair to me about taking into account all sellers of the same category for the success score, since we are not at all from the same position in our personal or work lives... But as I indicated in my first comment, it is what it is, whether we like it or not 🙂

The problem is that they are taking events such as order cancellations, or delivery extensions with situations that automatically damage buyers' satisfaction when this is not the case in most cases and is discussed with the customer beforehand. It also doesn't seem fair to me that they compare my performance with others in my category, since not all of us have the same lifestyle, many have a work team, or simply others if they deliver their orders according to the Fiverr parameters and great, you are happy to Fiverr, but not to your buyers. There are many variables and subjective, however and as several have already commented, this system is here to stay, and I definitely do not think it helps to "clean" the platform of bad sellers, it is what it is and nothing more 🙂
