  1. For anyone following or interested, I did come across these two forum posts that have been most helpful! Hope this helps anyone interested.
  2. Sorry for the confusion. I said profile, but it's really just the gig traffic you can see.
  3. https://www.fiverr.com/lil_annie_audio This is a link to my profile. If you think I should change something please let me know. Thanks!
  4. Perhaps I should clarify... I recently saw on a YouTube video stating that getting messages from potential buyers and other sellers will increase your visibility in the algorithm. Which led me to believe that being a buyer might increase visibility as well. One cannot get orders or clicks if they are not being easily searched out and found via the algorithm. Therefore one needs to increase their visibility via the algorithm. It is, I feel I should mention, against Fiverr TOS to get false messages on fiverr. Therefore it needs to be legit obviously. Hence, you cannot and should not have your buddy down the street come to fiverr and pretend to be interested in your gigs and falsely buy from you and falsely give reviews just to increase your visibility. I looked back at the freelancing essentials video just to see if I had missed something. But no it was as I remembered. Saying to respond quickly, complete orders on time etc etc. Nothing specific about the algorithm and visibility. This may seem like a strange concept but having an analytical mind it makes sense to me. There is a way to improve your visibility on the algorithm. The trick is to find out how to do that. My question is for tips and tricks regarding what will achieve such a thing, and has anyone here had the experience that perhaps they felt more noticed after being a more active buyer as well.
  5. I did notice a very slight up-tic in clicks when I added a short introductory video of myself. I do not believe it is a good video (unfortunately - and I do plan to work on this). The presence of a video however did not help me to create orders. I took the video down after a week and decided my profile received more traffic with the video. Hence, I added it back. I also created a video with just a voiceover story and that did not help at all! I think I will work on creating a nice introductory script and create a new video similar to the one I currently have. I am just not sure what to say in my introduction beyond what I already have. So, advice is appreciated.
  6. Hi. I am a "new seller" on fiverr. I created my profile about 2 months ago. I have changed my tags and samples a few times. I try to pay attention to the clicks and impressions ratings. And make changes regularly or remove changes if it seems they negatively impacted my results. I know it takes time and patience is necessary. I have yet to get any orders or be matched to any briefs. I have looked at other seller profiles and listened to their samples. I think I have done a good job on my profiles to be competitive. I am wondering what other things I can do to try and stay present/relevant and increase/improve my chances here on fiverr. I wonder also do I need to spend money and buy services on fiverr in order to make myself more visible? I would like to make a little money before I spend all my money and risk no return. I have already spent money setting up my booth and recording space. Perhaps my buying on fiverr would not effect my selling at all. What has been your experience? Thanks in advance for any suggestions that are made. Have a great day! link to my fiverr profile https://www.fiverr.com/lil_annie_audio
