  1. I often have customers who want to purchase my gigs more than once and ask for a discount. Therefore, I need to create custom offers for them. Which way is better: giving them one custom offer with both tools' prices included, or providing a custom offer at a lower price for purchasing twice? I'm just wondering which approach would be more beneficial for me.

  3. yes I mostly do meeting with costumer or send them video tutorials after they like my work then I tell them to place order. that was a scammer who just get work and without any reason start canceling order

  5. Actually my order was canceled by fiverr CS last week but i didn't received any bad review from Buyer maybe he forget or maybe Fiverr didn't allow as he was requesting for cancel i was declining it that's why i asked this question

  9. Using Delivery button twice is consider as misuse of Button that's why I'm saying never use deliver again button.
  10. About two days ago, I received a scam order. The person received their work and canceled the order without providing any clarification. I initially declined the cancellation request and contacted Fiverr support. They were supportive until the buyer requested to cancel twice. I declined those requests as well and mistakenly used the button to resend my delivery report and video as evidence. Unfortunately, due to this mistake, Fiverr support canceled the order and issued a warning. Upon further discussion with Fiverr support, they informed me that everything was fine until I made that mistake. They emphasized the importance of using the delivery button only once and treating it as the final delivery. If an order hasn't been completed, it's better to extend the delivery time rather than sending the delivery again. Sending it again is considered a serious violation of their guidelines. While they cannot remove the negative impact of that cancellation, they assured me that it would be automatically removed after 60 days. They advised me to be cautious and not make the same mistake again.
  11. If fiverr show Deliver Now after his Request then you can use otherwise don't use deliver again option ever. Just upload the file without using that button.

  13. if your service look good to any buyer if it first click or impression of that person you will get order. Buyer can't see how many people do click or How many impressions you have on your gig

This won't work anyway just install Fiverr Mobile application in you mobile phone and that's enough when someone will text you you will receive instantly message notification and you can quick reply otherwise focus on sharing gig on social platforms and that's enough Just Use High quality Gig images and wait for impression then clicks and then orders

  18. Yes I'm using too fiverr mobile app as well because if you are online or not when someone text us Mobile App give us notification instantly so we can ménage them but open same account from different different browser in same Device is not good

  21. I remember very clearly when I created a gig, I added some SEO-friendly tags at the end of the description. But when I checked yesterday, I found that those tags had been removed from my description. It's okay, my gig is getting impressions, everything is fine. I was just wondering if they also correct our gig's content?
  22. The problem jump in when they get confused and buy basic and asking for premium help. in that case we got alot of problems like if you don't provide they can give bad review we can got into danger.
