  1. I have Fiverr as a side job. I cannot imagine relying on it for a full income. So far, I have decided to just ignore the new system and if I get orders, I will do them. If I do not ... I do not really care. I think Fiverr's income is going to suffer in the following months.
  2. I fully agree. It is a mess and I would say there are many glitches. My response rate kept jumping strangely from 60% to 75% to 80%, qualify, not qualify... the point is, I either did not have any messages or I was sure I answered all new messages in a very short time. Also, my displayed score is 3 but one of my gigs has a rating of 4 and no other ratings... and I also got this feedback as the last one, and this particular feedback caused my score to go down to 3 (still, the gig keeps the rating of 4). I really don't know, this is the customer's second order and we are finalizing a preparation of a third custom offer... she always tips me generously and says she is very happy with my work. It is not that likely she would be leaving a terrible private review.
  3. This new system is getting more and more ridiculous. This is my latest finished order and the customer review. The customer even left a tip and we are planning the third order from this customer. And my rating went from 4 to 3 after finishing this? I really do not get it. And this particular gig performance keeps saying my communication has a negative impact on the gig performance. I have only reviews and ratings like this one.
  4. This new system is getting more and more ridiculous. This is my latest finished order and the customer review. The customer even left a tip and we are planning the third order from this customer. And my rating went from 4 to 3 after finishing this? I really do not get it.
  5. I think the system just doesn't work right. I had an unexplainable fall in "response rate" just now. Yesterday I qualified. Today my response rate is 75% and the metrics is "in progress." The thing is, I did not see any new message that I should respond to. Nothing in the inbox, no email alert... The only message I did not reply to was an ongoing order chat when I messaged a client I made progress with the order and I will finish it soon. The client answered "thank you." An ongoing conversation should not be part of the response rate metrics, this just doesn't make sense. There seems to be a lot of chaos and the new system needs a lot of work.

It is obviously full of bugs and there is pure chaos on the platform. I just hope this will resolve in a few weeks.

  9. Hi, yes. You need to register as a company, not an individual entrepreneur. It does not make sense a bit, since in my language, there is a difference between one person business and a company. A company usually means more people in the same business registration. After I marked "company" it worked for me, I was able to submit all the identification numbers and it was accepted.
  10. Hello. I have a problem with the new form that has to be filled. The DAC7 form that contains the name of the individual or company, the date of birth, the TIN number, the address and so on... Whenever I try to submit the correct data (I am sure they are correct, my TIN is 100% fine) the form shows "failed to submit, please try again later." Or this text appears: We couldn’t verify the details you entered. Make sure you’ve correctly marked yourself as an individual or company, and check to make sure your TIN and name appear correctly. When I choose the option that I do not have a TIN number, the form accepts it and I receive the message that I am compliant and no further action is required. But I still would like to have my TIN registered here as I run my small business and Fiverr is part of my working space. I am in contact with the customer support and they say they are dealing with this problem. But maybe someone here had the same trouble and found a way to solve it. Thank you :)
