    This situation also showed me that Fiverr does not value its sellers at all and you can be banned at any moment without reason or explanation. I was wrong to trust Fiverr so much and worry about their reputation as company 😞😞😞😞

    but my tickets are just marked as solved without answer, and they give a copy and paste answer. The support service does not work at all 😞

    I have been working on my account for 4 years and I have 1000+ reviews per gig and I have the same problem. So I'm ready to leave Fiverr and look for a new job, Fiverr doesn't treat their sellers well

    I AM A TOP RATED SELLER and I have the same problem!!! I have 1000+ reviews and Fiverr is my main job!!!! I'm just shocked that Fiverr does this to their top sellers!! It is very sad! I do not know what to do

  7. Fiverr's algorithms change very often! I also received 4-6 briefs every day, but now unfortunately I don't! All I understand is to keep doing great work with your loyal customers and Fiverr will raise your ranking again 🙂 100%

    Hello 🙂 I don't understand a little what you mean?? The buyer cannot put the price himself! You have BASIC, STANDARD and PREMIUM packages! When you create or edit gigs, you determine the price yourself and what is included in this price for these packages

    It is impossible for a Payoneer account to be blocked for no reason 😞 Maybe you have tasks in the "verification center" on Payoneer that you need to complete?? For example, confirm your documents and address? Check it out 🙂

  10. Hello 🙂 I hope you have a good day! I have a question... A month ago I lost the ability to use SELLER PLUS PREMIUM which I was using but only the STANDARD plan is available to me! What are the possible reasons why I lost the ability to use PREMIUM?? Also, will it be possible to return the ability to use PREMIUM and what do I need to do for this? 🙂 I will be very grateful for the answer and recommendations! Thanks

  11. Hello! Are these good gig metrics (LAST 30 days) ?? It's just that for some reason I was lowered in the ranking in the last month! But I have good metrics. I also stopped receiving Gig Briefs and don't have  anymore "Fiverr Choice" bage!

    If it is not because of gig metrics, then what could it be? 😞

  12. If i search my gig on a computer and on a phone browser, the gig is in high positions on the first pages! But if i search for the same keywords on the Fiverr mobile app, my gig is very low in the ranking! But this was not the case before! It was the same both on the computer and in the mobile app. Anyone have anything similar??
