  1. As a once fairly active buyer, I still visit the forum but have stopped using fiverr for now. Etsy .. something of a surprise .. now offers some of what I was buying before.
  2. Author of this c**p "onetrust-consent-sdk" . The capture of control-U done by a script in onetrust-consent-sdk. "_REACT_DEVTOOLS_GLOBAL_HOOK .. do 'function()'. We know the web is a bad place but a business using so many freelancers might try to be better in character.
  3. Here is a bit more data: even the browser "ctl-U" which is to give the source of the web page is captured by this malware. It calls up a "userway.org" panel -- something never seen before; it makes download speed go in to the single BITS ... This is MALWARE, friend 'Fiverr'. One of your programmers might have thought it was cute, or is engaging in power grabs, but really .. this is not healthy stuff and you should not be putting it out in public.
  4. The “Press Allow to verify, that you are not a robot” notification page is a social engineering attack that tries to trick you into subscribing to push notifications so that it can send unwanted advertisements directly to your desktop. May be the end of my brief career as a fiverr buyer.
  5. And if you think I'm going to "PRESS & HOLD" ... when the aliens ask us all to SUBMIT .. no way.
  6. Amazing got the same thing trying to sign in even at the forum just now. No special blockers in use on my browser, though some control of third party cookies in place.
  7. Cannot even communicate with fiverr customer support .. this popup blocks everything. Luckily, I guess, this community subdomain does not have the same thing
  8. I am prevented from getting my orders by a crude popup that looks suspiciously like a takeover of fiverr instructing me to "PRESS AND HOLD" .. WHAT IS THIS ???? Cannot communicate with my sellers, cannot get deliveries, cannot place new orders.
  9. I was a little shocked by receiving that message, too. So .. they do not want us to review honestly because it is going to be publicly displayed?? Is that the idea? But I don't think, in fact, that they have actually done this. If the sellers here were as bad as the staff, the site would have failed long ago. Luckily, many great sellers use the site.
  10. It's good to show these screens .. might be unknown to some that you do not get the lower group of predigested words UNTIL clicking above .. so it is extremely confusing, you think you've just rated and no, you have to click AGAIN on the same screen. It is an absurdly bad user interface design. Probably hired a fiverr freelancer with low prices!
  11. The other thing that perhaps some sellers don't realize is how horrible the user interface is for the buyers. And 'value for money' is the last click (before the review part) First click, you choose '5 stars' for whatever the first category is, then -- and this was VERY confusing at first, but like anything one learns how it works -- then you get the same damn screen again now with extra images below it so buyers with too much time on their hands can click on pre-digested little wordlets to say why this first category is good or bad .. so you click past THAT screen and you're on the second category. You click '5 stars' (or whatever your rating is .. ) on the little emoji screen and then THIS screen refreshes with wordie craplets for this same category. Again, VERY confusing, because after clicking you assume this is now something else .. it feels like the fourth time you've had to do a rating. Then you click AGAIN on the same screen and you get to the third category .. the 'value for money' one .. click '5 stars' .. and then THAT one refreshes with image craplets to click past. Now it really feels like fiverr is intentionally wasting your time .. you've had to click at .. and look at an array of images .. six times. Without intending any harm to my sellers, I'm afraid I've gotten angry at the screens often enough to simply exit and go on about my business. So .. it's a terrible terrible user interface, terrible design, terrible idea. But perhaps it isn't usually the buyer being newly critical, it's only trying to get out of the rabbit hole of a terrible design.
  12. Same problem .. missed three orders completed. Maybe it is their AI and pop up and emoji focus that is overwhelming the site.
  13. But oh dear .. just came to take delivery of an order and remember another pop up " KNOCK KNOCK!!!!!!!!!!!! YOUR DELIVER IS HERE!!!!!!" .. what is it? I need to close a pop up just to keep doing business? WHY?
  14. Just realized, with this forum discussion, that I no longer tip at all. I guess the tip comes after the pages of emojis. Nice in a way, but I feel bad for the many great sellers I've worked with over the past couple of years.
  15. You know, I came back to delete this post because I realized that some of the popups were from a hmm different similar site. But just now "Buying something for work?" pops. "Neo" the useless helper takes up space. So .. I would have removed or edited this if it were possible.
  16. Without regard to the time wasting multiple emoji screens which I wish would stop immediately .. is "value for money" worth rating? Yes, I would say it is. There are some sellers who do wonderful work but really charge more than I think is right .. so their work quality is five stars, their cooperative nature and ease of work etc is five stars, but honestly their value for money is not at the top, others do more or less the same with more reasonable prices.
  17. My two partial responses to this problem: simply I do not review any more. Have done so many orders no seller will question my validity. And, airgigs is finally improving .. slowly .. their version of this process, so taking more business there.
  18. Incidentally, buyers get reviewed too .. has that process changed as well?
  19. But having annoying, and very time consuming, emoji screens one after the other results not in more realistic ratings, just in silliness. The rating system hasn't changed, it has just become dreadfully bad for the buyer.
  20. Yes, came to this forum to complain. As a buyer it is just dreadful. So I skip out from it, which is not really fair to the very good sellers I work with often.
  21. Are the developers trying to kill this site? The same useless stuff pops up over and over and over and over. Maybe that stuff uses third party cookies or something, but it will not go away on my browser. Really, get rid of those things. Please.
  22. It is horrible!!!!!!!!! I am afraid I am doing the sellers a disservice because I get sick of all the time and screens taken up to show little graphics, and exit without completing. It was bad enough when you were asked to double rate, once 'privately' (hah -- which meant for fiverr purposes) and once 'publicly'.
  23. Yes!!!!!! Just a few minutes grace to correct typos or even sometimes completely contrary-to-intention mistaken language.
  24. Not sure if I'm missing something, but I'm trying to search for sellers and it would be great if I could exclude those who use certain words or phrases. For example, in the audio field, a lot of people offer to improve "PODCASTS" .. but that's not my interest, so I would like to say, "audio experts EXCEPT those who work on PODCASTS". Could be my ignorance, but I have not found a way to do searches with an exclusion, I think it is usually called 'reverse search'? Please correct me if wrong! I want to say "great audio editor except not podcast".
  25. But Fiverr already does that, and we understand. Maybe we are in a very different time zone, and you are asleep? Ok, that's normal, and we do not want to wake you. But during our active work time, we contact you; it's completely fine if you continue sleeping and reply during your active work time, and Fiverr alerts us to the different time zones. Your auto-reply, however, seems to be trying to tell a story that you are not asleep. And it does not address the specifics about why we contacted you. So then you actually reply during your work time, ok, but we are asleep. Relax, that is part of this world wide job market. Not difficult to understand, not difficult to manage. Auto reply is just pretending about a silly matter that is more easily understood as 'life in the world'.
