Fiverr has update buyer request with brief. Which means you won't receive or be able to send buyers request anymore but instead you will be matched with a potential buyer who will message directly into your inbox for his work. The reason you cannot see it is because you are using PC. People accessing their account on mobile device would have seen that

Nothing is wrong with your gig in most cases but the issue is that presently on Fiverr, It takes months for people to get their first order now most especially when there are no buyer request to convert buyers to your inbox and there are more sellers joining Fiverr everyday. And if your gig is not yet in the first page too, it will be difficult to get message not to talk of orders because definitely buyers won't want to scroll a mile before choosing a seller for their projects. Solution All you have to do is to kindly promote your gig to have in on first page or near. Probably brief too maybe of help, but even till now, even I haven't gotten a brief yet, but with time, things will work out.

Well, this can be caused by many reasons but I will share the little I know that may possibly be the cause. 1. Multiple accounts on the same device. 2. Blocked ip address. Once Fiverr has already blocked an account on your device, it tends to disable new account on the same device. Solution Kindly try doing anything that will change your IP address to new that Fiverr won't identify as blocked. After then avoid using GPS location access app while using Fiverr. It's tends to change your IP address frequently which may lead to blockage. Just an advise, not definitely saying it's the cause. Thanks.
