I will suggest you to avoid this. Your account could be in risk of having issues related to the payment method. i.e. same payment method using for multiple accounts may lead your account to the restriction/suspension. And always use your own financial account only.

I can feel the pain. Subscription feature introduced for better business growth and repeat business. However, it's being headache of so many as well. I believe, subscription can be good for couple of sellers who mostly provide monthly services i.e. digital marketer, virtual assistant, etc. Writing category mostly depends on the buyer's working strategy and I think your experiences is common for this category and some other categories as well. I noted all of your points and I will add this to my monthly insight to share with relevant department.

Fiverr is coming up with support for its sellers by providing two non-visual categories with a DIY design editor and accompanying gig image templates to help them create better gig images. There will be an image editor and a few dozen templates, so sellers can edit and easily replace their primary gig image. Fiverr targets sellers with the highest impressions in two categories at this moment (SEO and Data Entry), so newly created and uploaded images will bring much value to the marketplace's perception. This feature will be available soon for SEO and Data Entry gig sellers.

As you already initiated the delivery within the deadline and then buyer requested a revision, So this late will not affect your profile metrics. Wait for a response from buyer, and also if yo9u already did the work he requested, you can share him and let him know to response within a timeframe. Please avoid weekends from the given timeframe. If he is not responsive within that time, you can initiate delivery again. And if he respond to you, you can still ask him to extend time.

When someone likes your gig/service and want to save it (add to their collection/list) for future purpose they hit the love reaction/ favorite the gig. So you can notice actually how many people list your gig to their collection.

I suggest you to discuss with your buyer, share them the working system and show them how you made this clear in your gig details. Offer them to rework on it for additional tasks or paid revision (may be you offer them less budget than usual for better business relationship). I hope they can understand. If not then it's up to you. if your gig details clear that you don't provide any revision/no revision once the sketch is approved, you can deny refund request and if needed reach customer support. But again! I appreciate to discuss with buyer in details and make a better business relationship.

I feel sad to see when our sellers are in trouble. I can feel the situation where people are struggling hard to survive. But as a community, we can bring more support to maintain the seller's profile. This can help everyone to overcome the post-flood challenge and also platform reputations. In this case, community and community leaders can support all national sellers. Community Leaders are under a Community Team Leader and Team Leader directly talks with Fiverr. So if all sellers come together with their community leaders, maybe this can bring a positive result and support from Fiverrs to all Pakistani sellers. I am a Fiverr Community Team Leader as well but working in Bangladesh at this moment. And we had the same flood issue in June from a specific location and Fiverr supported all sellers to maintain their profile metrics who came together as a community with the community leadership team. It's Fiverr*. And I don't think creating a new account will be wise step. Fiverr English test is very basic and as you failed, I suggest you to practice well. You can wait 3 months and also take it as a deadline to to get yourself ready.

@vickiespencer @vickieito ahhh two Vickie haha. I know the word count gig system, but not sure how to manage them. Btw, can you check by click on the "select a package" option? Usually subscription is auto order system with the predefined features.

Can you check if Subscription is available from your gigs page. (Nav bar > Gigs) Also, Can you check if any other seller from same sub categories are offering subscriptions?

About Payoneer: I think you tried the verification code multiple times and you you're getting them late because of your network carrier issue. Take 1 day break, try again, or may be use call option (if available) Btw, Payoneer don't ask for verification code to signup I think. or you mean login after signup?

Repeat buyers are tracked from their second orders regardless of gigs. So if a buyer purchase any of your gig, he count as repeat buyers. Though the repeat business scoring for your gig is individual but getting order from a repeat buyer on another gig also count as repeat business. Don't forget to share your experience with us in this forum and also in this topic. Hi @vickieito How are you doing? 1. IThe new update: Now all sellers will be able to use the subscription feature for their satisfied returning buyers. If you notice the highlighted part, then you can see that the usual subscription feature stays same. But now all sellers (regardless of performance) will be able to use the subscription feature for their satisfied returning buyers only. In contrary, about the categories you already answered Subscriptions are available in certain categories (Subcategories) only. So though all sellers can send subscription offer to their satisfied returning buyer, but it's possible to certain categories of gigs only. 2. According to the update I have is about full rollout. So everyone should have it already. And, According to your screenshot, I can see that subscription unavailable gig subcategory Research & Summaries. I did some research with other sellers from the same subcategories and I couldn't see anyone using subscription. So I believe that subscription feature not available for this category. I believe Fiverr will come extend the categories for subscription features. And this is much helpful if our members share their opinion in forum or clubs about their expectations, so moderators or Community Leadership Team can work with members together to make it happen earlier.

According to Fiverr, usually, Subscriptions are only available to eligible sellers in certain categories only. As you used subscription previously so I believe you're eligible. I will suggest you to recheck your category/gig is available for subscription. You can easily check it out from Manage Gigs Page. And this new update is about all sellers can send custom offer with subscription only to their returning buyers. If you face any issue, we encourage to contact Fiverr customer support team.

It's absolutely fine. Fiverr always encourage to Thank your buyer when you receive any tips. Usually you can't thank your buyer for the tips in order page as tips info available after the completion of the project. And when you click on thank you button, fiverr will take you to the inbox automatically. Stay relaxed.
