You can't ask buyer for a review or rating directly but you must be super smart to get the review on your profile. Make it feels to the buyer about what you need from him/her if you're sure the buyer is satisfied with the work. Like the example below; "I hope you're satisfied with my work, if so then kindly appreciate my efforts after accepting the delivery" It will realize him that something is going to appear when the buyer accept the delivery. The review page appears after the delivery acceptance and the buyer will understand about what you've asked for.

Partially agree with your statement. But it might be a new seller on Fiverr who is expert in his skills and didn't heard about this platform. Seriously a lot pf people are not aware of the Fiverr but still they are providing services to their clients using multiple platforms.

No, It wouldn't affect your Fiverr profile if you deleted gigs. Only you'll lose rating from those deleted gigs but no need to worry about that as your rating and reviews will still be connected with your profile page.
