    Ok but i don't understand how my success score is low as i haven't had one single complain since joining and i have all 5 stars. It makes no sense to me.

    You have a higher rate with more than one cancellation, another guy has a lower rate with only one.

    Bad thing for me too, I have all 5 stars and I see some 8 and 6 rated gigs. I was about to be promoted as top seller, now I cannot. Bad thing, for the huge amount of money they keep from us. very disappointed.
