    Couldn't agree more. 

    Here's my humble opinion: Fiverr talking about freelancers wellbeing while remaining deaf to any reasonable doubt or suggestion, makes me think of a commercial operation with bombastic titles. I'm very skeptical of novelties with grandiose names that don't change the reality. We have had our fair share of examples out there of green-washing and rainbow-washing that haven't worked. It'd be nice, for a change, to get clear and limpid answers, instead of obscure edicts

  3. I'm just - no, I was - a level 2 seller and have not been active on the platform since 2023. But this update confuses me so much. From level 2 I was demoted to level 0 and I can understand the logic behind the "decision" as I don't have active orders nor have I received new messages in months. But I can't access any tool for improvements such as promoted gigs or displaying my main clients. Also, one of my gigs was labeled with a 4-point success score and the system addresses as top areas contributing to the gig's score a "conflict-free orders". Delving the issue, the negative impact could be because there were "disputes between you and your clients"  or/and "indication that the client had a bad experience and was unsatisfied with the delivery" . So, disputes between me and the client, client's unsatifaction and late delivery. But I had only 5 stars ratings for that gig. No issues, no complaints, I always delivered in time. How can I improve if I don't know what's wrong with that gig? How can I improve if clients leave 5 stars and then they "talk" behind my back? I was ready to study the market and the platform again but I feel a little bit demotivated

  4. I woke up to the news in my news feed. New day, new disgrace.


    I don't have enough geopolitical knowledge to speculate. I am waiting for reactions from the government of my country, which has sided with Ukraine. We will see what they do with Israel. 
    Then I would like to try to understand the situation better. Out of curiosity, do you have any sources from which I can look into this?

    I get your point, it would be interesting to know, for example, if there are particular holidays in USA or in Italy. 

    But it's very specific and most of the time you can Google it and get an answer.

    Maybe I failed to understand the op question but it seemed too vague to me

    It is surely more comfortable to believe in magic tricks and instant success than trying your best - and fail. And then get up on your feet...and fail again, learning the lesson the hard way. 

    The thought that reality is more complex than "do X and you will get Y" is appalling for people who are just trying to find shortcuts. But it's all about the journey - that's my personal motto more or less

    I'll check the google store then as I'm an Android user. Hope the bug is already fixed. The missing notification led my response time to drop to 18 hrs. We'll see...

  8. I'd love to come up with some terrific and original idea but the utter reality is that I need a new laptop as my old - nah, "old" is a misunderstanding, let's say ancient - one is typing "-----" by itself.

    So, yeah, a new basic laptop would be a great present for Christmas. And chocolate too because chocolate is always a good idea!

  9. So, I've been out of the platform for a while. Seems like there are some major updates! 

    Well, today my account switched to available and the first message I received was spam. It's nice to be back.
