  1. I don't think most of them understand that they actions is a spam.
    They doesn't realize that their post is irritating and makes the forum bad.

    I think regular member could help take actions here.
    IF WE saw usesless SPAM.., we can reply the post with kind of WARNING. Show them that this is kind of spam.

    OR.., moderator can make pinned post on TOP.
    "NEW MEMBER MUST READ.., DON'T DO SPAM POST:
    "HOW TO GET ORDER FAST..,
    "GOT 1 ORDER TODAY"
    "GOT 5 STAR RATE"
    "HOW TO INCREASE IMPRESSIONS"
    ETC, ETC...


    Another options:
    Other member can give a post a SPAM checkmark.
    and member can filter with "SPAM" post filter.
    Kind like email filter.


    Overall.., hopefully.. moderator could take a drastic measure and make this forum great again.

    HOW TO INCREASE IMPRESSIONS?

     

    They can fund all the solution IF willing to search and learn from this forum.

    They doesn't have a successful freelancer attitude, doesn't willing to learn and improve by themselves.

    Only depends on other people helps.

     

    Plus..,  Personally.., I suspect new seller think by posting a lot in this forum can help their gigs ranked.

    That's why people desperately try to post something.

     

    Moderator need to solve this kind of SPAM Post to make this forum great.

    Hi there..

    Its already discussed many time in this forum 🙂

    It's because Fiverr rotate all the gigs, no matter if you are NEW SELLER, LVL 1, LVL 2 or even TRS.

    So.., this way.., every Seller will have same chance to getting order.

     

    That is why nowadays, manage our 5 star rate is the most important.

    When people browsing our keyword, they will have options on "HOW MANY STAR" Filter.

    Seller with 5 star rating will have more advantage.

     

    Suggestions: Try to use Fiverr PPC. It really helps alots.

    Don't afraid to spend your money doing marketing.

    So…, i want to buy a gig from USA seller.
    Wanted to give a new seller a chance.

    I search and filter the gig selections and found 1 good thumbnail and professional profile.
    So…, i contact this seller yesterday…, and 22 hours later she reply back with poor English.
    Suspicious…, i try to search the profile image with google image search and found that her image is from stock photo.

    Is it allowed? To use FAKE Profile Image?

    It’s considered spam.

    Checkthis post…, it can help new seller avoid warning:

    I have 15+ experience with graphic design.
    So…, if you want to get people to click and get order…,

    This is my honest opinions:

    1. Your design is bad. Just like student who try a graphic design software.
    2. Your choice of color…, Bright Red…, and That Blue…, is basic RGB…, and it hurt our eyes a little. Please don’t use this color.
    3. Your design is shows that your are confused too. Are you play with minimalism? or what? Too much white space…, but at same time…, you put some abstract shape? Plus that header background looks like “sensor” shape…
    4. You doesn’t understand the Color Pyschology.
      For Web and Business…, you can’t pick RED and That YELLOW Greenish.

    Overall…, If you really want to sucessful as freelance at Fiverr…, you need to improve your skill greatly.
    With your current skill…, i think you will have really hard time getting order.

  8. Hello Everyone,

    Thanks for your replies, but there is misunderstanding here. I’ve mentionted that after placing order Next day my account suspended, It means the following:

    1. I’ve not offered seller to work with me directly and seller also didn’t had me such communication
    2. I was not able to cancel order as my account is suspended, and Customer support first response was that sorry your account is permanently closed and order is indeed completed, So there is not possibility to cancel order. (In one day order is completed just imagine this)
    3. I did get first draft of work from seller and asked changes to seller to do on it, that’s why i asked to Customer support i need final files of my work and revisions (Customer Support replied: We can ask seller to send final files for you but we cannot open your account for more than 24 hours).
    4. Then I asked sorry, i may need few days to complete work, allow me please refund or open account so i can get my work done. (Customer Support as before, denied that order cannot be canceled, Sorry)
    5. After there is no solution, I filed a dispute on Paypal that “Item not received” (My First violation)
    6. Fiverr replied that we highly recommend you that close dispute and solve this matter inside Fiverr, Our Customer support will issue refund to your Credit or upon request to your payment provider
    7. I canceled the dispute and send message to Customer Support that please allow me refund, you can exclude Fiverr commission
    8. Customer Support response was: Sorry due to dispute now funds are not longer with us, and now you have to solve it with your payment provider
    9. I replied that I’ve canceled the dispute so please funds should be with you, Exclude your Fiverr commission and allow me refund, Customer Support replied: Okay, I will check and will get back to you shortly. (Since that time no Response)
    10. I’ve found seller in Facebook, Seller showed me email of Fiverr that order is canceled and she didn’t get paid. She offer me that She can complete my work if I pay her half payment advance. I agreed because i need work done. (My second violation)

    Now, here the noticeable things are that my both violations are after account suspended, Because my account is already disabled, i do not have to follow terms and conditions, I only need my money back, I will not come back to Fiverr anymore. For me the first experience is very bad was with Fiverr

    The big mistake i did is that i cancel the dispute on Paypal.

    P.S: Seller is not got paid as order canceled, I have not received refund because my account suspend. Now who get all money, Its Fiverr. I hope now everyone will understand the story.

    I am still hoping for reply from Fiverr, If I will get my refund, I will inform everyone here.

    You can get your money after 90 days.

    Fiverr message clearly said that…,

    When account suspended and there are remaining fund…, you only able to manage the fund 90 days after that…

    Hope this you solve your problems.

    If you have any funds available for withdrawal 90 days from now, you will get an email with instructions explaining how to withdraw.

    Thanks for helping me argue my point.

    And speaking as a buyer, it’s more than just the thumbnail. When buying, I look at everything - photos, description, packages, FAQ and sometimes I shoot a quick message to chat with the seller before buying.

    High traffic without order is useless…,

    My point is…, sometimes new seller tend to over confident with their works.

    There are many new seller blame fiverr system on why they aren’t getting order eventhough doing promotion on daily basis.

    With impressions and click data, it can help us as seller to know about our skill and price range too 🙂

    If Impressions High, Click High, View High but no order…, then something wrong is our gigs.

    It’s descriptions or over priced. Something like this 🙂

    What use is getting traffic without any sales?

    I just bought two orders from two new sellers. Found one of them on page 7. On one of them, I ordered in less than a minute of landing on their gig. Because they convinced me to.

    So yes, as a new seller, the best advice you can get is to focus more on converting the traffic you get as opposed to only getting lots of traffic.

  11. I stopped worrying about the impressions the day I realized my best performing gig (in sales) wasn’t necessarily the one with the highest number of impressions. You should focus more on converting the little traffic you get and keep building on that.

    This is bad advice for new seller.

    For New Seller…, GIG impressions is important to know whether or not their gigs is optimal.

    GIG impressions --> Show how many times your gigs show up at potensial buyer browser,

    If your gigs impressions low…, then you should change your tag, or do more promotions.

    If your gigs impressions high…, but not getting click…, then it means your gigs thumbnail is not attractive. You should change and build your gigs thumbnail again.

  12. Agree totally I already extended the delivery date by one day. He is also refusing to cancel the order. I can’t afford to go through this ordeal again with no profit. The worst part is that I have to get his approval for any type of cancellations. It’s a dead end for me from both sides.

    It’s definetly a bad buyer you got here.

    Hopefully you could pass this ordeal soon as possible 🙂

  13. When you deliver the project, Buyer have 3 day time before the order automatically complete.
    So your buyer will able ask for more revisions if the project is not complete.

    Please remind your client that you already gave the maximum revision available, and if he need more revision, there will be extra charge.
    If your buyer still insist to get more free revisions for you…, then you have three options:

    1. Refuse to do more revisions, Buyer mad at you, and giving you bad rate
    2. Do many revisions needed, waste your time and energy ( not sure if he will give you good rate)
    3. Cancel order ( Waste Time, Safe Energy and focus on the new project --> Deliverate rate down, for you still have 5 star rate). By maintain your 5 star rate, you could attract more buyer easier.

    Did you leave that bad rate just like that?
    It’s very important to response every review professionally

    From what i see…, It will be very difficult to recover from this…,
    and your gig thumbnail is not attractive too.
