Fiverr got many Ruler Breaker and Spammer nowadays.

Hi there.
No.., inbox response rate only count from the first chat response.
As long as you reply the first message before 24 hours, the remaining chat after that didn't count.

Hi there.
Here is my review:
1. Profile Picture: Please use more professional profile - facing front, show your face. It can build trust feeling for your potential customer.
2. Design: Gig thumbnail not good enough. Layout are messy. Only have 1 thumbnail? We can have three thumbnail.
3. NO FAQS? You should build FAQS section. WHY? Because it can show buyer that you know something in front that can help people with their problem, it makes you more professional.
4. Gigs description are too general. Nothing can attract people ordering from you. This is a big problem for your services, because you should be an expert building descriptions/writer like your offer. BUT based on what i saw.., it is not that great.

High Impressions means that you got right keyword. (Good job)
BUT Click low.., it means that your gigs thumbnail failed to attract buyer to check your gigs.
What to do: Improve your gigs thumbnail design.
CLICK HIGH, ORDER LOW:
It means that your gigs failed convert your potential buyer to order your service.
What to do: Improve your gigs description, check your price and offer.

I don't recommend inbox fellow seller and offering your services.
Fellow seller can mark your inbox as spam or even report you.
Plus, it makes you less professional --> Desperate for works --> Change are low they will accept your offer.

Hi there.
If you want to use the logo designed, you can just accept the delivery?
Did the seller already provided you with the source files on the last delivery?
You can't remove the fiverr watermark by yourself.
Plus, You didn't allowed to use the logo if you didn't paid it yet.
As long as the order delivery time is still on time, Your seller is not making any mistake here.

Did your buyer block you? If not.., try to ask your buyer politely.
I suspect there are miss communication with your buyer. (Especially with purchased theme)
Some Buyer didn't like it when Seller using template / theme for their project.
Have you explain it at first?
If BUYER blocked you, try contact Fiverr CS. Perhaps you can get explanation there.

You should look the answer by yourself.
Simply go to google and browse it.
There are so many dimensions for each different social media.
Plus each Social media have different type of graphic ads - reel, post, header, etc..
Can't mention it one by one as it just waste of time.

Before you worried about your impressions, you should add more gigs first.
With only one gig, it show that your are lacking skill for your service.
NEW SELLER can have 7 gigs, but you only have 1 gig. WHY?
At this 1 gig ,you only have 1 thumbnail, while new seller can have three.
This is the most reasons why people fail. They are lazy to give their best.
From design and layout perspective:
1. Bullet point are messy. How many font you are using?
2. Wrong choice header font. (Suggest to learn font fundamental)
3. So many typos and grammar error.
FAQS section..,
You must fill FAQS to help buyer get answer from their problem based on your services.
NOT explain general question and answer like now.
Overall review,
Sorry.., but your gigs looks a newbie for me. You still need to improve your skill and knowledge before able to compete with pro seller.

Hi there.
Maybe you can give them notice, telling them that Fiverr system will automatically complete the order if there are no response after three day upon delivery.
And that you already give them prior message about the situation, already do what you can best...,, but receive no feedback.
If this Buyer is great client, sometimes we can help them do minor revisions, even when the order is complete. It is a win win solution. You keep good relation with your buyer and get bigger order next time, meanwhile Buyer satisfied with your services.

No.., It won't affect your gig ranking.
To improve your gig ranking, you must have good keywords, and deliver quality services ---> Satisfied Buyer.
Respond to any inbox promptly and promote your gigs can help too.
Plus.., don't change your gigs too often. It can harm for gigs performance.

Here is my honest review,
1. You have 7 GIGS, three of them same same exact thumbnail. The other two same with each other. It makes you unprofessional.
2. All 7 gigs only have 1 thumbnail? WHY? New seller can have three thumbnail. You should use this benefit.
3: WRONG CHOICE OF FONTfor WEB DESIGN. (is that comic-sans ?) ---> It shows that you doesn't have design skill. LAYOUT are messy.
4. Poor description. None of your description shows that you an expert. What you have right now is just a general introduction, nothing special that attract Buyer.
5. FAQS is lacking. FAQS is important point to show Buyer that you are an expert. WHY? Because it shows you know what problem Buyer usually have, and you know the answer upfront. NONE of your FAQS explain something about your services. For Me, it shows that you know nothing about the problem when designing a website. You only know the basic, NOT a PRO.

You should share your gig at "GIG Improvement" forum.
So people can help improve your gig.
If your GIGs are bad, you won't be able to get order. No matter how much buyer request you send.

Hi there.
You opening video is Great. Good job.
But you should improve your second gig image. The one with Profile Picture and Dog Photo. It is a minus for me.
The layout is very poor, not like your videos --> Makes me wonder if the video is truly 100% your works.
For FAQS:
Usually will ask this for video project:
What is the final files? .avi? .MP4 .MPEG? etc
Do you work with any kind of video files?
What is the video resolution? HD? 4K?

You can get a tiny chance getting order from "My GIG" topic.
If you have really good skill and sound professional, maybe someone can visit seller gigs and make an order.
TINY CHANCE. Because most of this forum member is Fiverr Seller.
Buyer won't likely spend most of time in here.
I don't know why most of "NEW EXPERT SELLER" thinks that by active all days in this forum can help improve their gigs performance.
Many of them spend all days doing SPAM Post.
Totally useless.

For example...,
Section 1 : Main Banner.
Section 2: Company Service / Product
Section 3: Testimonial
Section 4: Order/Service
Section 5: FAQS
Section 6: Footer.
Mainly, More Section : Cost more.
